Jill Stratton, Ph.D.

Jill Stratton is excited to join the Beyond Boundaries team in a special advisory role.  Currently in her 25^th year at Washington University, she has devoted much of her career and her research to understanding strengths-based leadership, thriving teams, professional joy, and the concept of creative flow. In addition to overseeing many of the high impact educational practices anchored in student affairs including the Faculty Fellows & Associates Programs,  Jill teaches Psychology of Young Adulthood, Leaders in Context, and is an adjunct faculty member at the Brown School teaching management classes. She holds a Ph.D. in ethical and creative leadership from the Union Institute & University, as well as a master’s degree in higher education administration from Indiana University and bachelor’s degree in psychology from Transylvania University.
