Ryan Bogdan

Ryan Bogdan, PhD, is a Professor in Psychological and Brain Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. He obtained his B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University (2003), and completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Science (Psychology) at Harvard University (2010) with Dr. Diego Pizzagalli. Before joining WUSTL he was a postdoctoral fellow in Neurogenetics with Dr. Ahmad Hariri at Duke University.

Ryan is interested in understanding the genetic and environmental correlates of psychopathology and potential biological mechanisms (e.g., neuroimaging, inflammation) underlying these. He has several domains of research including on internalizing and externalizing problems as well as prenatal exposures.
