The Difference Between a Path and a Field
A powerful blog post here that articulates the difference between a path and a field.
“Using the metaphor of a field changes how you think (and feel) about your future
and how you develop yourself to meet it.” – Robert Poynton
“Don’t ask students what they want to BE when they grow up. Ask them what problems do they want to solve. This changes the conversation from who do I want to work for to what do I need to learn to be able to do that.“
– Jaime Casap, Google Global Education
